A Proof of Financial Ability to Operate is often required to be included, when a Change in Ownership occurs. The Proof of Financial Ability to Operate is a comprehensive analysis, that includes a two year and 24 month financial projection and demonstrates the viability of the applicant and must be submitted to AHCA.
